Job title: Marketing Manager

 

Our Enterprise team is the entrepreneurial arm of Global, driving engagement and generating incremental revenue from our brands and channels. We develop partnerships, brand extensions, and new business ventures - always keeping our audiences front of mind.

 

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and savvy marketer to join the team full-time and help grow our Heart Bingo brand, one of the UK’s most-loved online gaming brands.

 

Reporting to the Enterprise Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering and optimising campaigns that bring the fun and excitement of Heart Bingo to life. You’ll be responsible for implementing marketing briefs across radio, digital, and outdoor channels and managing campaign schedules to ensure smooth, timely delivery.

 

You’ll work closely with our media, creative, and product teams to make sure every campaign connects with players, drives engagement, and builds brand loyalty as well as being the key contact point for our external stakeholder partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our Heart Bingo brand extension from a Global point-of-view, ensuring the power of the Heart brand is maximised and protected.

  • Collaborate on and  launch new Heart Bingo features, games, and promotions on a national scale across all media channels, including radio, programmatic audio, CRM, online, social media, and OOH.

  • Drive incremental revenue and player engagement for Heart Bingo, monitoring performance against team and individual targets.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to maximise Heart Bingo’s potential, and deliver engaging player experiences.

  • Oversee the annual marketing calendar and support marketing campaigns from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and providing post-campaign analysis to optimise future activity.

  • Tackle challenges creatively to deliver the best marketing solutions for Heart Bingo players.

  • Write and implement clear, impactful briefs to align the team around shared objectives and maintain consistency across campaigns.

  • Collaborate with scheduling teams to ensure marketing creative is delivered through the right channels at the right time.

  • Analyse player data and campaign trends to inform Heart Bingo’s marketing strategy and drive continuous improvement.

  • Monitor competitor activity in the online gaming space and share insights with the team to stay ahead of market trends.

  • Undertake research to identify emerging trends, player preferences, and new opportunities for Heart Bingo growth.

What Success Looks Like

 

In the first 3 months, you’ll have:

  • Learnt how to create informative and impactful marketing briefs, set out clear objectives and direction, working alongside our internal creative teams.

  • Lead team brainstorms and put your creative marketing ideas into practice.

  • Started the 360-degree brand management of Heart Bingo, together with our external stakeholders.  

  • Collaborated with various internal stakeholders including Editorial, CRM, Design, Branded Content, Programming, Digital and Ad Operations, as well as external partners.

 

What You’ll Need

 

The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:

  • Marketing Skills: Minimum 2 year’s experience in marketing ideally with exposure to gaming, entertainment, or online communities.

  • Communication: Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Organised: Highly organised with strong planning abilities to manage multiple campaigns and promotions.

  • Influencing: Able to influence and pull various stakeholders together, navigating competing priorities and delivering results diplomatically.

  • Good knowledge of online gaming platforms, with a finger on the pulse of trends, viral content, and opportunities to engage players.

  • Entrepreneurial: Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about growing brands, boosting player engagement, and creating fun, memorable experiences.

  • A desire to build strong internal and external partnerships to maximise Heart Bingo’s reach and impact.

  • Ability to understand player behaviour and audience needs, tailoring campaigns to drive engagement and loyalty.

  • Analytical: Analytical and numbers-savvy, able to use data to optimise campaigns and inform strategy.

  • Creative: Creative thinker, excited to share ideas for promotions, games, and social content that resonate with players.

  • Team player, thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

  • Great attitude: Can-do attitude, able to stay calm under pressure while juggling multiple priorities, always focused on delivering the best experience for players.
