As an Enterprise BDR/Inside Sales Representative on our European Enterprise Sales team, you will identify and engage with high-quality brands, as well as organize meetings and pitch Pattern’s services. You'll be supporting sales activities in Europe as we accelerate towards our revenue objectives. This is a full-time role based in our London office.

What is a day in the life of an Enterprise BDR?

  • Qualify prospect accounts in partnership with Enterprise Named Account Manager(s)
  • Find and engage primary points of contact for Pattern 3P, Fulfillment, and PXM solutions
  • Assist with and progress deals for all three solutions through the sales funnel
  • Research ecommerce categories and identify high-growth brands/products to trade on US marketplace platforms
  • Research relevant stakeholders and identify value propositions
  • Network via LinkedIn and offline to build relationships and organize meetings
  • Set appointments with enterprise accounts
  • Craft value-driven messages specific to enterprise accounts' current pain points and needs
  • Work closely with enterprise sales reps on enterprise sales plans and targets
  • Inbound outreach with compelling messages through phone & email
  • Work closely with the enterprise account-based marketing team to penetrate and set appointments with enterprise accounts

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Track record of hitting quota
  • Experience in phone sales and qualifying leads
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Previous exposure to Marketplaces, specifically (but not limited to) Amazon
  • International experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach

  • You will work alongside the European sales team and report to the Director of Sales. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and work across departments with other senior-level colleagues to implement actionable solutions.
