You will be responsible for  

Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the driving force behind our growth, creating the first spark in relationships with potential customers and shaping the future of our sales success. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Sales and Marketing, collaborate with teams across the business, and build a career with limitless potential for growth and development. 

You’ll report directly to the BDR Manager based in London and work in a hybrid model (three days a week in the office) alongside a passionate, high-performing team. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunities: Take ownership of both inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting initiatives for the Benelux market, engaging prospects through creative outreach and meaningful conversations. 

  • Lead engaging discovery calls: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective customers and target accounts to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and position our solutions effectively. 

  • Drive strategy through insight: Build detailed market insights and strategic plans by conducting research, preparing account documentation, and tracking performance metrics to continuously refine your approach and maximise impact. 

  • Foster collaboration and trust: Develop strong, growth-oriented relationships across internal teams, from Sales and Marketing to Product and Partnerships, to ensure alignment and shared success. 

  • Partner with Marketing for impact: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maximise ROI from campaigns and activities, including events, digital initiatives, and content marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and lead generation effectiveness. 

  • Be a brand ambassador: Represent the company with energy and professionalism, becoming a trusted first point of contact for prospects in the region and helping to elevate our brand presence in the Benelux market. 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ Years Experience in either Sales or Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Demonstrable strength in Dutch/English language via 1) phone communication and engagement skills, and 2) written communication skills. 

  • Experience working in a professional office environment. 

Additional information 

  • Proficient in using Salesforce and SalesLoft (or equivalent products) 

  • Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales or marketing. 

  • Preference for a Dutch-speaking BDR or experience of working in the Benelux market.
