At AKQA (part of WPP), we believe in the imaginative application of art and science to create beautiful ideas, products, and services. With an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, we design adaptive digital services and applications that capture the imagination, delivering impressive returns for our clients.

This is a newly created role sitting at the heart of AKQA's EMEA growth function. You'll work directly with regional leadership to support the systems, rhythms and materials that help us develop and win new business — and deepen our relationships with existing clients.

This is a role for someone with the ambition to grow fast and the drive to make things happen. You'll be at the centre of how we win and develop business across the region — bringing order to complexity, keeping senior leaders connected and prepared, and building a deep understanding of how a world-class agency operates. We see it as a genuine launchpad: into client services, strategy or business development. You'll work alongside senior leaders across EMEA, experiencing the full arc of agency life — from the first spark of a new business opportunity through to long-term client relationships and regional strategy.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pipeline & Salesforce Management: Act as the EMEA growth team's Salesforce SME — owning data quality, keeping pipeline records current, running regular reports and acting as the go-to reference point for pipeline queries. Produce accurate, well-presented data to support monthly and quarterly regional business reviews.
  • Growth Meeting Orchestration: Schedule and coordinate the full calendar of growth-related meetings across the region. This includes sessions between AKQA's senior leadership and key clients, bi-annual client planning reviews for top accounts.
  • Deck Design & Production: Design and build presentation decks to AKQA's standard — credentials, case studies, business review materials and pitch support. Take raw inputs and turn them into clean, on-brand, well-structured slides ready for senior and client audiences.
  • Regional reporting support: Pull together the inputs needed for regional business reviews — gathering updates from studios, extracting Salesforce data and collating it into a coherent picture that leadership can review and act on.
  • Materials Repository & Knowledge Management: Help to build and maintain a well-organised, accessible repository of AKQA's best work — credentials, case studies, thought leadership, QBRs and winning pitch decks. Ensure the right material is easy to find and ready to use.
  • Culture & Collaboration: Become a trusted, embedded member of the EMEA growth team. Build relationships across studios and seniority levels, operate with discretion, and bring a collaborative, can-do energy to everything you do.

QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Industry curiosity: A genuine interest in the creative and technology industry. You want to understand the business behind the work, not just execute tasks.
  • Organisational rigour: Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail. You create structure out of complexity and follow through without needing to be chased.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable drafting agendas, meeting notes, briefing documents and emails to senior stakeholders — clear, concise and professional.
  • Systems & data confidence: Comfortable working with CRM and pipeline tools. Salesforce experience is a strong plus — what matters most is being someone who picks up new systems quickly and takes pride in data quality.
  • Stakeholder confidence: Able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business and clients.
  • Appetite for automation: Curious about AI tools and workflow automation. You don't need to be technical, but you're interested in how agents and smart tools can make the team's work faster and smarter.
  • Digital tools: Confident with Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft tools and standard office applications. Familiarity with project or workflow management tools is a bonus.
  • Basic Keynote and Figma skills
