About the role

The eCommerce Co-ordinator plays a key support role in the day-to-day execution of trading, promotional, and optimisation activities on CT.com. This role is responsible for maintaining calendars, updating dashboards, circulating clear and accurate briefs and optimising the site.

As a eCommerce Coordinator you will

Trading & Commercial Execution

  • Assist in the execution of the trading and promotional calendar, including uploading offers, coordinating timelines, and ensuring accuracy across CT.com, app, and affiliate platforms
  • Own the creation of all new promotional set ups in EP using best practice guidelines and any consultation from eCommerce Assistant Manager. Own the distribution of end-to-end promotional briefs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met
  • Support campaign execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Maintain documentation and process trackers for optimisation tools
  • Maintain and update weekly and monthly reporting dashboards; support the broader trade team in compiling performance summaries
  • Partnering with eCommerce Assistant Manager, conduct landing page and PDP/PLP checks, flagging issues or opportunities for improvement taking steer from landing page analysis conducted eCommerce Assistant Manager. Support as required in reviewing reporting of success for optimisations changed
  • Monitor competitor activity in line with established guardrails ensuring consistency with commercial colleagues, assist in compiling insights for internal use such as (x amount of promos YoY)
  • As needed - support with stock uploads, NPD merchandising updates or QA
  • Support in trouble shooting across the Digital Team as it pertains to promotional set ups (inc customer care) and site enquiries

Site Optimisation & Execution

  • As required support the implementation of site updates, roadmap and tech items, including QA and feedback loops
  • Taking guidance from eCommerce Assistant Manager maintain and update on-site search (Algolia), ensuring product visibility and tagging accuracy.
  • Keep updated on new tooling and best practice for effectively using the tool sharing any thoughts for efficiency
  • Conduct regular site walks, ensuring all journeys are tested periodically across both desktop and mobile, web and app. Propose and own a timetable for walk throughs
