What You'll Do
We're looking for a highly organised, commercially minded, and creatively driven Manager, Emerging Markets - Social Media to support the growth and evolution of our social media presence across emerging and distributor-led markets. This role will play a critical part in transitioning markets from distributor-led social activity to a more centralised, scalable, and best-in-class social model, while continuing to support and elevate existing distributor partnerships.
You will act as a key point of connection between central teams, local markets, distributors, agencies, and brand stakeholders - ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistent execution across regions. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, alongside strong social and influencer expertise.
  • Emerging Market Set-Up & Transition Support:
    Support the setup and onboarding of new emerging markets as they transition from distributor-led social activity to centrally supported models. Provide guidance, frameworks, and best practices to ensure smooth transitions and consistent brand representation across platforms.
  • Distributor Market Support:
    Partner closely with distributor markets to elevate their social media and influencer activity. Provide strategic direction, content guidance, and performance feedback, while respecting local market nuances and operational realities.
  • Social Strategy Development & Execution:
    Support the development and rollout of scalable social media strategies across emerging markets, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities while allowing flexibility for local relevance. Oversee execution across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Influencer & Creator Strategy:
    Support influencer and creator strategies across emerging and distributor-led markets. Help identify, onboard, and guide creators who align with brand values, ensuring partnerships are authentic, compliant, and effective in driving awareness and engagement.
  • Campaign Planning & Management:
    Coordinate the planning and execution of social and influencer campaigns across multiple markets, including product launches, seasonal moments, and always-on activity. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned to agreed KPIs.
  • Content Guidance & Quality Control:
    Work closely with internal creative teams, agencies, and markets to ensure content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and optimised for each platform. Provide clear feedback and approvals to maintainhigh creative standards across all markets.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
    Act as a trusted partner to internal teams (brand, marketing, PR, legal, creative) and external stakeholders (distributors, agencies, creators). Clearly communicate expectations, timelines, and performance, and confidently present plans, updates, and results to senior stakeholders.
  • Community & Reputation Support:
    Provide guidance on community management best practices, escalation protocols, and brand tone of voice to ensure consistent and appropriate engagement across markets.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation:
    Track and analyse social and influencer performance across emerging markets. Consolidate insights into clear, actionable reports that inform decision-making, highlight opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Trend & Market Awareness:
    Stay across social media trends, platform developments, and regional nuances within emerging markets. Share insights and recommendations to ensure strategies remain relevant, competitive, and forward-thinking.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within multi-market, regional, or global roles
  • Experience working with distributor-led or franchise-style market models is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions, cultures, and levels of seniority
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior internal and external audiences
  • Experience supporting or managing influencer and creator campaigns, including briefing, execution, and performance review
  • Comfortable working with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite, native platform insights)
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • A data-informed mindset, with the ability to translate performance metrics into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong collaborative skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to the needs of diverse emerging markets
