  • Collaborate with the wider e-Commerce organization and partners outside of the team (e.g., Marketing, Product Management) to ensure coordinated and cohesive campaign execution.
  • Identify new opportunities in Paid, including testing new ad formats and growing into emerging platforms or channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform features, and industry guidelines in Paid advertising and AI.

Skills You'll Use Every Day

  • Proven experience leading Paid campaigns (with an emphasis on PPC and Paid search) and managing digital advertising strategies at a senior level, including P&L management.
  • Skilled in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, possessing comprehensive technical insight into campaign configuration, administration, and refinement.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to collaborators.
  • Deep understanding of campaign metrics, conversion tracking, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Innovative mentality with a focus on continuous testing, learning, and campaign improvement.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Paid platform updates, industry guidelines, and digital marketing trends.
  • Leadership and team management ability, including performance management and professional development of team members.
