About the role
As a Digital Marketing and Insight Manager, you will lead Recognise Bank’s digital marketing, insight and performance activity, ensuring our digital channels, campaigns, and feedback systems deliver measurable growth and outstanding customer and broker experiences. You’ll combine hands on digital execution with data-led optimisation, helping shape strategy and experience across all channels and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Recognise Bank’s digital channels, including website content, SEO, paid media, and analytics
- Own CMS updates and work with technical partners to optimize user journeys (linked to KPIs), conversion rates and on-site experience.
- Lead on planning and executing digital campaigns across SEO, paid search, paid social, and display channels – ensuring all activity is on-brand, compliant and performance driven.
- Develop and optimize the email marketing strategy, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking to improve engagement and conversion.
- Manage the social media channels and content calendar, ensuring posts are consistent with brand tone, relevant and compliant.
- Own lifecycle marketing, automation and CRM initiatives to enhance targeting and personalisation.
- Manage and analyse customer and broker feedback programmes (NPS, Trustpilot, broker satisfaction).
- Translate data and feedback into clear insight reports and recommendations for marketing and product teams.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards covering email KPIs, campaign ROI, conversion tracking, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Propose and manage digital budgets and channel allocations in line with strategic priorities.
- Lead SEO and paid media activity with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are measurable, cost-effective and continually optimized.
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to integrate insight into journey design and campaign planning
Required Skills & Experience
- Marketing degree, CIM or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing (including strategy development) and analytics, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced B2B/B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of and proven experience in SEO, paid social, analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, Power BI), and CMS platforms.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Proven experience with customer and broker feedback programmes (NPS, Trustpilot, broker satisfaction).Confident analyzing data, developing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Analytical mindset and proven experience in turning data into actionable insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in relation to strategy.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proven experience of managing third-party agencies and technical suppliers.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, strategic and creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative small-team environment.
