We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Digital Manager with our awesome team in Melbourne. 

The role: 

As a Digital Manager, you will support the delivery of performance-led digital strategy for a key retail client evolving its digital approach. With a strong focus on search and social, you’ll help shape campaigns, identify optimisation opportunities, and contribute to ongoing improvements in how digital investment drives results. 

This role offers a great balance of hands-on and strategic work – giving you the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise while building confidence in client engagement and broader planning. 

Core responsibilities: 

  • Support the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across search, social, and programmatic with a focus on continuous improvement 

  • Assist in developing insights-led strategies, including audits and campaign recommendations 

  • Contribute to budget allocation decisions and channel mix optimisation 

  • Participate in client WIPs and reporting, sharing clear insights and performance updates 

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality execution and support junior team members where needed 

A bit about you: 

  • 3-4 years of experience of digital media agency experience 

  • Expertise in performance channels including search and social, with an understanding of programmatic 

  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, audience targeting and campaign optimisation 

  • Comfortable working with data and translating performance into clear, actionable insights 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders 

  • Curious and proactive, with an interest in new technologies and trends within the digital space
