LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South.

Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live.

What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth.

With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.

About the role

Credit is the heartbeat of our lending business. As a Product Analyst, you'll be the analytical engine driving the strategy that scales it. This means deep-dive investigations into portfolio performance, A/B testing to move the needle on product, and the kind of predictive work that lets senior leadership make high-stakes decisions fast, across the entire lending lifecycle.

You're embedded in the Credit function but sit at the technical bridge between Data Engineering, Risk, and Commercial. You won't just pull data. You'll read it, interpret it through a commercial lens, and tell the story behind the numbers. You need to be equally comfortable writing production SQL as you are presenting findings to the CFO.

What you'll build and own
  • Lead complex ad hoc investigations into portfolio performance and credit risk drivers, moving past surface-level metrics to uncover the hidden trends that matter.

  • Propose and set up product experiments on Statsig to improve Credit products based on analytical findings, then run the analysis to prove what worked.

  • Design, build and maintain robust data models in dbt, ensuring the credit data layer is scalable, version-controlled and optimized for speed.

  • Architect cohort models that drive unit economics, portfolio valuation and LTV projections. The kind of analysis that informs long-term strategy.

  • Proactively surface emerging risks and growth opportunities. Move from "what happened" to "what will happen" through rigorous analytical reasoning.

  • Deliver high-density deep-dives for strategic initiatives. Present technical findings with clarity and a clear "so-what" for senior stakeholders.

  • Partner with Decision Science and Product squads to make sure data-driven insights flow seamlessly into automated underwriting and product features.

Your experience
  • Senior-level SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy). You manipulate and analyse data with precision and efficiency.

  • Hands-on experience within a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) and genuine mastery of dbt for data transformation and modelling.

  • Significant experience in a modern UK fintech or high-growth consumer lender. You understand the credit product lifecycle beyond traditional credit reporting.

  • A proven track record in advanced cohort analysis, portfolio valuations and financial modelling that have informed executive decisions.

  • Fluency in credit portfolio KPIs, risk metrics (PD, LGD, EAD) and the nuances of credit bureau data.

  • You translate complex technical analysis into actionable product or risk interventions that move the needle on business performance.

  • Fast-paced fintech mindset. You take full ownership of the analytical lifecycle and build scalable solutions, not quick fixes.

Nice to have
  • Hands-on experience with Statsig or similar experimentation platforms.

  • Familiarity with FCA and CONC regulatory frameworks.

  • Direct experience building or optimizing automated underwriting or credit decisioning systems.
