The Role
Due to the evolving nature of our approach to creative production we require the role of Creative Services Manager. This role sits at the heart of our creative network, orchestrating the delivery of creative tasks on brand, on budget and on time.
A Creative Services Manager oversees creative projects from brief to completion, managing workflows, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality output. Key responsibilities include leading and connecting our creative network, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and creatives, streamlining processes for operational efficiency, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and creative output. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset to align creative initiatives with business goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A Creative Services Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of our creative network and guiding the delivery of creative projects. This role is the creative heartbeat of our Marketing team while managing complex project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the highest quality and most efficient creative output.
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Vision:
Lead and mentor a high-performing network of creative agencies, championing their output and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment
Shape creative direction and ensure the network produces best-in-class work across various channels, including digital, publications and video
Project & Workflow Management:
Own the end-to-end process for creative projects, from initial brief to final delivery
Monitor workloads, prioritise projects, and allocate resources to meet deadlines and budgets efficiently, Implement and maintain efficient workflows and project management tools to enhance productivity
Stakeholder & Client Management:
Serve as a key liaison between the creative network and other departments or external clients, ensuring clear communication of briefs, deadlines, and deliverables
Effectively communicate project updates and decisions, ensuring alignment between all parties involved
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage budgets, track expenses, and collaborate with finance on budget lines
Ensure Creative Services has the necessary resources, including external agencies and freelancers, to deliver on projects
Quality Assurance:
Oversee quality control for all creative outputs, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and meet client brief requirements
Champion brand consistency across all platforms and assets
Process Improvement:
Continuously refine and evolve processes to drive operational efficiencies and improve creative consistency
Stay updated on industry trends, including AI and new technologies, to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
Professional Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Creative Services or equivalent role preferred
To be aware of Campaign creative best practice, strong knowledge of creative formats
Ability to prioritise and multi-task while managing projects
Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
Pro-active, hands-on and a strong sense of self-motivation, skilled at working under pressure
Excellent organisational skills, working efficiently alone and as a part of a wider team
Strong sense of creativity and an eye for design and detail
Flexible, adaptable and a co-operative attitude always
Strong knowledge of creative formats including digital and video
Proficient in Adobe PS, InDesign, Figma, Frontify, Monday.com, Canva, Dropbox and Ai solutions
