Sitting within the CABS function, you’ll manage the delivery of our Group brand strategy through bold activation campaigns and creative initiatives that make an impact. Your work will amplify our brand presence, support business objectives, and drive commercial growth. 

As a key driver of brand growth and creative excellence, you’ll project manage high-profile projects and our in-house Creative Services function. Acting as the vital link between stakeholders and the creative team, you’ll ensure campaigns and projects are delivered seamlessly  on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. 

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to produce standout creative assets that strengthen our brand and resonate with audiences worldwide. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple creative projects—developing clear plans and timelines, coordinating resources across creative and production teams, and overseeing budgets and purchase orders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. 

  • Campaign development: Plan and manage brand campaigns when budgets and activity expand, including briefing, creative development, and execution across channels. 

  • Strategic input: Contribute to shaping creative service processes and campaign planning to align with brand strategy. 

  • Continuous improvement: Introduce tools, technologies, and methods to improve creative efficiency and campaign delivery. 

  • Team collaboration: Collaborate closely with creative teams to enable outstanding work, while supporting key teams across the Group with their creative needs and managing key stakeholder relationships. Act as liaison between Brand, Creative Services, business unit creative teams, marketing teams, and agencies 

  • Problem solving: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, navigating challenges such as scope changes, tight deadlines, and conflicting feedback to keep delivery on track. 

  • Performance & Reporting: Define KPIs for creative and campaign output; track timelines, budgets, and resource utilisation; provide post-project evaluations. 

  • Budget Oversight: Manage creative services and campaign budgets, including vendor contracts. 

Skills & experience we’d like 

  • Proven experience in project management within creative/marketing environments.  

  • Hands-on experience in campaign development and execution across multiple channels (digital, TV, radio, print, OOH, PR, social media).  

  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and creative processes.  

  • Skilled in resource planning, budgeting, and timeline management.  

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to align agencies and suppliers with brand objectives 

  • Familiarity with creative production workflows and agency management.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment.  

  • Supportive, flexible team player who remains resilient and adaptable in times of ambiguity and change.
