The Role

We are looking for a creative and tenacious Creative Marketing Strategist to lead the ideation on RFP and proactive ideas across the Watches, Jewellery and Fashion categories. This role will be responsible for pushing new ideas and concepts to clients, working alongside sales to grow the revenue and generate best-in-class creative work. You will need to create and foster relations with sales, editorial and global teams, to ensure that we interrogate the client brief and get the best idea to drive the right results. 

The Team 

Conde Nast Commercial Creative is an all-purpose creative and delivery department, working closely with the commercial and editorial teams in category verticals (Style/Culture/Travel & Lifestyle/Homes). The CNCC team includes experts in creative strategy, design and copywriting, video, digital and print production and project management. 

What will you be doing?

  • Owning the ideation phase of the brief response and pulling in the elements needed from all departments to deliver the best idea

  • Gather the right teams across the business to drive larger proactive work to grow brief size

  • Work across all brands and platforms to provide the best solution to the client

  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure clear communication across every element of the brief

  • Delivering the creative proposal and working closely with the team around the design element of the pitch

  • Working to understand the DNA of all our brands so that every proposal is true to the editorial integrity

  • Continuing to provide ideas that run across digital and video

Who you are:

  • At least 4+ years of experience working in creative strategy

  • Bright, tenacious and curious, always looking to explore new opportunities, ideas and technologies

  • Solution-focused, always looking for the best way to implement and execute big ideas

  • Strategic and able to intelligently interrogate a client's brief, with the confidence to push back if needed

  • Passionate about Condé Nast’s brands and maintaining editorial integrity

  • Experience working in a digital and/or multi-media environment

  • Excellent understanding of branded content and execution

  • Strong interest in Watches, Jewellery and Fashion

  • Comfortable managing different stakeholders and leading on a pitch 

  • A strong writer, researcher, and presenter 

  • Strong attention to detail
