We’re seeking a talented writer to join our Content Marketing team as an ABM Content Marketing Manager and take on a pivotal role expanding content capabilities within our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team. This is a new role, best-suited to an experienced, self-motivated professional with a clear vision for how work collaboratively with ABM managers to develop and implement scalable production processes, and shape messaging for key audiences across various industries. 

In addition to producing high-quality, industry-focused content, our new ABM Content Marketing Manager will also upskill and continuously coach ABM managers on how to craft the most effective, personalized messaging for their target accounts.  

Success in this role will require:

  1. The ability to deliver impactful content on the short timelines required of ABM activities
  2. The experience to build a streamlined framework for collaboration and production scalability that achieves wide adoption by the ABM team. 

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to define, own, and implement their vision for how content marketing can elevate the ABM strategy at RELEX. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop industry-specific content for ABM ‘Lighthouse’ campaigns, including white papers, guides, thought leadership articles, blogs, and personalized messaging. 
  • Partner closely with ABM managers and subject matter experts to create tailored content for high-priority accounts, ensuring it resonates with target audiences. 
  • Build and implement processes to enhance collaboration between the ABM and Content teams, improving workflow efficiency and content impact. 
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ABM managers on writing style and correctness, audience awareness, and messaging approaches/techniques to elevate the overall quality of copy across the team. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure content aligns with business objectives and current market needs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and design, to maintain consistent messaging and brand alignment. 
  • Drive innovation by integrating Artificial Intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT) into content creation processes to supplement and enhance the ABM team’s content development efforts. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors. 
  • Strong understanding of best practices in ABM strategy and how targeted marketing can be leveraged in a B2B context. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to work on short timelines associated with ABM activities 
  • High social intelligence that translates into strong mentoring skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing and the ability to coach non-writers on copywriting best practices. 
  • Proven track record of creating engaging, high-quality content for industry-specific audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in building new content processes and fostering team collaboration. 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
