Description

Togather started life as Feast It in 2017, as a booking platform for people to book street food caterers for their birthday parties and weddings. Since then, we’ve grown to become the UK’s biggest events platform for food, drink, venues, photographers and so much more.

We’re here to help people make amazing memories on some of the biggest and best days of their lives. Whether it’s a whole-company summer party, an epic private dinner, or a large-scale festival, we help make it happen.

None of this would be possible without our incredible community of partners, who we handpick from across the country — from street food traders and chefs to bars, venues and event suppliers.

We’ve worked with everyone from Amazon, Nike and London Pride, to Tom Cruise, Star Wars and Taylor Swift. Internally, we’ve recently ranked #7 in the Startups 100 Awards and top 15 in Tempo’s 50 Best Places to Work. Our team genuinely care about what they do, and it shows.

The Role:

Location: London (Hybrid) / On-site at Events

Role Type: Full-time (Non-traditional hours)

Contract: 12 month contract (with potential to become permanent)
Togather is looking for a creative, high-energy Content Manager to become the visual storyteller of our brand. This isn't a desk-based 9-to-5. You’ll be balancing your time between being on site, capturing the magic of our events as they happen, with working side-by-side with the marketing team to plan, create and distribute amazing content.

You’ll be hands-on with everything content for our key customer segments across Festivals, Sporting Events, Company parties, Brand launches, exciting Venues and even Weddings. From capturing raw photo and video on-site to editing and distributing across our social and email channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Site Content Capture: Attending Togather events (including evenings and weekends) to capture and direct high-quality photo and video content. Averaging 2 events/site visits per week.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Turn raw assets into a wide variety of engaging short and long form content. Supported by our graphic designer and freelance videographer.
  • Multi-Channel Management: Schedule and distribute content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email and our Website.
  • Email Marketing: Support the marketing team by creating engaging emails to maximise the impact of weekly newsletters and partner updates. And ensure the right content reaches the right audiences
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, engage with our community, and stay ahead of emerging trends to experiment with.

Requirements
  • Flexibility: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are happy to swap traditional office hours for the excitement of attending live events.
  • Creative Eye: You have a proven ability to frame a shot, tell a story through video and copy, and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
  • Technical Literacy: Any competency in photo/video editing, graphic design software and social media management tools. The more the better
  • Event Passion: You love the events - from festivals and sports, to company parties and conferences. And everything in between..
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with professional camera equipment.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (especially customer.io)
  • A portfolio demonstrating successful social / viral content (either personally or professionally)

Benefits
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
  • Generous holiday allowance; 25 days (including a 3 day Christmas Closure) + bank holidays
  • Enhanced Pension through salary sacrifice
  • Partnership with Benefits Platform Mintago; EAP service, Workplace Nursery, Cycle to work scheme, Electric car scheme, Health services, Mental Health services, Gym discounts, retail discounts and much more
  • Partnership with Code app: Significant discounts in a lot of London's best restaurants, bars and more

  • Free coffee, drinks, snacks and regular supplier lunches
  • Regular team socials and events (including 6 weekly Town Halls with companywide socials & 1 Away day a year)
  • A shiny new MacBook to work on
  • Loads of invites to food-industry events (yes they do usually have free food)
  • Dog-friendly office
