This is designed for someone who brings strong editorial judgment, technical fluency, and the confidence to shape how complex platforms and capabilities are communicated.

You’ll be responsible for elevating Clearwater’s voice across blogs, long-form thought leadership, and social channels, translating sophisticated technology into clear, credible stories for senior leaders across insurance, asset management, and other financial services markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Clearwater’s editorial program across blogs, long-form content, and social—setting direction, cadence, and quality standards

  • Write and edit senior-level content, including:

  • Deep-dive articles on platform capabilities, data, risk, reporting, and AI

  • Long-form assets such as guides, briefs, and whitepapers

  • Social content that reinforces Clearwater’s leadership and market perspective

  • Collaborate across Marketing to align content with major initiatives, launches, and market moments

  • Maintain editorial rigor: ensure consistency in voice, tone, structure, and positioning across all owned channels

  • Elevate content quality across the organization, editing and shaping drafts from subject-matter experts and senior leaders

What You Bring

  • 8–12+ years of experience in content, editorial, or communications roles, with meaningful exposure to enterprise technology and financial services

  • Demonstrated ability to write credibly about complex platforms, data, analytics, risk, or AI for sophisticated audiences

  • A portfolio showing long-form, substance-rich content not just marketing copy

  • Strong editorial instincts and comfort operating as the “final editor” on high-visibility content

  • Experience working with product, engineering, or technical subject-matter experts
