We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Consumer Services & Sales Director to lead our UK & Ireland Consumer Services & Sales function. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving profitable growth, enhancing consumer satisfaction and transforming the post-purchase experience across one of the world's leading appliance brands.  

As a key member of the UK & Ireland Leadership Team, you will shape the future direction of our consumer services business, creating value for both our customers and the organisation through innovative service propositions, operational excellence and a relentless focus on consumer experience.  

About the Role 

This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, commercial performance and operational leadership. 

You will be responsible for defining and executing the Consumer Services & Sales strategy across the UK and Ireland, driving growth through after-sales services, accessories, extended warranties and value-added service solutions. At the same time, you will ensure our consumers receive an exceptional ownership experience throughout their journey with Electrolux.  

Leading a broad consumer-facing organisation, you will oversee customer service, contact centre performance, service operations and commercial service activities, transforming consumer insight into business opportunities and long-term loyalty. 

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Logistics, Direct-to-Consumer and Finance teams, you will ensure customer needs remain at the centre of strategic decision-making while delivering strong commercial and operational results.  

What You'll Be Responsible For 

As Consumer Services & Sales Director, you will: 

  • Develop and execute the UK & Ireland Consumer Services & Sales strategy, aligning consumer experience and commercial ambitions 

  • Drive profitable growth through after-sales services, accessories, warranties and service-based revenue streams.  

  • Maximise the value of our installed appliance base through innovative consumer propositions and data-driven decision making.  

  • Lead consumer service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and best-in-class customer experiences.  

  • Champion a consumer-first culture and act as the voice of the consumer within the UK & Ireland leadership team.  

  • Use customer insights, market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.  

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with service providers and key business stakeholders to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.  

  • Lead organisational development, building engaged, high-performing teams and future leadership capability.  

  • Drive a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement across the function.  

  • Play an active role in shaping the overall performance and strategic direction of the UK & Ireland business.  

What You'll Bring 

We're looking for a proven senior leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences. 

You will likely bring: 

  • Significant leadership experience within consumer goods, retail, services or other complex customer-focused environments.  

  • A track record of leading large operational and commercial teams while delivering sustainable business growth.  

  • Strong experience shaping business strategy and influencing at executive level.  

  • Commercial expertise, including P&L ownership and delivery of revenue and profitability targets.  

  • Experience leading transformation, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.  

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across local and international teams.  

  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights into business opportunities.  

  • Experience in customer service, contact centres, after-sales services or service operations would be highly advantageous.
