Location: Paddington, London (Hybrid working available)
Team: Corporate Communications, full-spectrum communications, covering both internal and external

What You’ll Do
As Communications Assistant, you’ll be supporting the engine behind clear, compelling stories that connect our people, customers and stakeholders worldwide. Key responsibilities include:

• Content Creation & Editing
– Draft, edit and proofread internal newsletters, intranet posts, employee email campaigns and board-level updates
– Research and develop thought leadership articles, customer success stories and executive Q&As for both internal and external audiences

• Media & Public Relations Support
– Draft press releases and media pitches
– Coordinate with global PR agencies to brief spokespeople and secure high-value media coverage
– Monitor press coverage, prepare weekly news digests and track performance/impact

• Internal Engagement & Events
– Support the planning, promotion and execution of employee events, town halls and webinars
– Collaborate with other teams to align messaging with our company culture and strategic goals
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Administration
– Liaise with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging
– Manage and maintain communications calendars, asset libraries and project trackers
– Provide general administrative assistance to the Corporate Communications team

Who You Are
• You hold a degree or similar qualification in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline
• You have hands-on experience in a corporate or agency comms role
• You’re a natural storyteller with exemplary writing, editing and proofreading skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines
• You have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to take initiative
• You’re curious about AI and emerging technologies, and eager to explore how they can supercharge comms
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with content management systems or design tools is a plus
