We are seeking a highly skilled Global Internal Communications Specialist to provide maternity leave coverage for a 12-month period. This role is critical in ensuring consistent, engaging, and effective internal communications across our global organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality content and support key employee engagement initiatives.

This is a global role with preferred locations as Vasteras, Sweden, Heidelberg, Germany, London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and publish internal articles, intranet content, talking points, and other internal communication assets as needed.
  • Event Support: Organize and coordinate global town halls, including developing presentation decks and managing logistics.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Provide additional internal communications support as required.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Native English speaker or highly proficient in English.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a global team.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role.
