  • Take ownership of the reporting for our Direct Acquisition channels, delivering insights that shape the team's strategic decisions.

  • Support strategic projects with analysis and process improvements, helping the team launch new initiatives and experiments.

Data reporting and infrastructure

  • Be the go-to support for maintaining and optimising Sales leads via upload, scoring, attribution, and analysis.

  • Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Looker to track lead flow, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Support weekly and monthly performance reviews with actionable insights.

  • Work with internal data and analytics teams to ensure accurate data synchronisation between HubSpot, Looker, and backend systems.

  • Ensure data integrity for attribution, source tracking, and campaign reporting.

Automation and Optimisation

  • Become the team's HubSpot CRM expert, using automation to make the Sales team more effective.

  • Design and run small experiments (A/B tests) on outreach cadences and email templates to improve conversion rates.

  • Identify opportunities to use AI and other tools to optimise the performance of the Outbound Sales team.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing data in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Experience with SQL or a data visualisation tool like Looker or Tableau.

  • A proactive problem-solver who is motivated to improve processes, not just follow them.

  • A clear communicator, comfortable working with commercial and technical teams.

  • Fluent in German and English (at least C1)

Bonus:

  • Familiarity with a CRM system like HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Experience in SME lending

  • Experience with lead data management in the German market
