We’re looking for a Client Partner Associate who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Sales team, this role supports the development of effective media plans for advertiser clients. You’ll deliver client engagement strategies and solutions that help build retailer loyalty and brand value.

This is a client-facing role, and we’re looking for someone who has some experience in sales and is confident engaging with external stakeholders and is looking to grow your career. You’ll support the SMB sales team in achieving commercial goals, promoting the Tesco Media proposition, and encouraging product adoption across multiple stakeholders. You’ll also contribute to our self-serve strategy and digital-first approach.

By joining our growing Growth & Emerging team and work alongside passionate professionals to support the delivery of a digital-first strategy that creates measurable value for customers, advertisers, and Tesco Media.

What you’ll be working on

  • Support the development and execution of client engagement strategies to drive participation in our Media solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the planning and rollout of new and emerging solutions.
  • Assist in managing client communications and supporting business objectives with a customer-first mindset.
  • Use dunnhumby insights to help ensure media plans align with retailer strategies and deliver brand/customer value.
  • Prepare client-ready analysis and presentation materials to support deeper engagement and campaign planning.
  • Help coordinate the nomination and delivery process across media and financial workflows.

What we expect from you

  • Experience in a media sales, digital advertising, marketing, or retail media support role, with client-facing experience.
  • A background in sales or business development, with a strong interest in media and digital advertising.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and deliver work on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a desire to contribute to team success.
  • Interest in digital media products and a willingness to learn about self-serve platforms and performance marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging clients and internal teams.
  • A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Some awareness of the media agency landscape and key industry players is a plus.
