- In this role you will support bridging the transition from sales to implementation stages working between the sales team and delivery team, ensuring a smooth transition for the Client
- Support in managing the Client through the implementation stage, acting as an escalation contact point. Act as the client’s advocate internally, ensuring their feedback, requirements and concerns are communicated to the product, implementation, engineering, and support teams
- Ensure client governance is in place and working effectively, and clients needs and expectations are being met
What you'll do
As a Client Engagement Manager you will support in driving the Commercial aspects of Client Delivery, working closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will support in commercial negotiations and agreeing client contracts , and troubleshooting throughout implementation to solve clients needs.
We’ll also expect you to:
- Ensure that there are clearly documented and understood outputs from pre-implementation stages so that the proposed product and solution is understood before it gets passed into the implementation stage
- Work with Product and Delivery teams to ensure client collateral to support discussions through implementation stages is well documented, including roadmap and delivery plans
- Own client steerco meetings and general governance through implementation stage in line with the contract providing updates at senior stakeholder meetings
- Address client concerns proactively to avoid misunderstandings or escalations. Ensure that client requests are well understood and clearly articulated back into the business
- Responsible for completing Client Due Diligence (KYC) ahead of signing the contract and going live
- Continuously learn from client implementations and proactively make improvements in processes.

We’re looking for someone with experience in successful management and delivery of key initiatives aligned to client requirements, and closure of commercial opportunities.
We’ll also need you to have:
- Experience in senior external client exposure and influence
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Good relationship management, selling and influencing skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
