Job Description:

At BlueFlame AI for Datasite, you will be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of AI technology in the investment management industry. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge products and make a significant impact on our clients' success. The Client Engagement Manager position at BlueFlame AI plays a critical role in supporting customer use of the BlueFlame AI platform. This position requires interacting with our customers as well as close collaboration with other members of our Client Success team to help new customers on board and foster a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Implementations: Act as the point person for implementations of the platform with customers, ensuring that all features are correctly set up and functioning as intended

  • Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact for any technical questions or concerns regarding the implementation process

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other members of the Client Success team and, as needed, Engineering team to ensure that the platform meets technical requirements and is implemented seamlessly with customers

  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training sessions and support to customers as needed during the implementation process

  • Documentation: Write and maintain documentation for implementation processes and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team

  • Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software implementation, including new frameworks, libraries, and tools

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2+ years of recent and relevant industry experience

  • Proven track record of managing client expectations, requests, and appropriate timelines

  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

  • Experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs

  • Experience in a Financial Services or Investment Technology setting, in a client-facing role
