Chief of Staff

Treatwell is a market-leading SaaS platform combined with the continent's largest beauty marketplace, operating across 14 markets, supporting 800+ colleagues and partnering with approximately 95,000 salons. This role exists to be the connective tissue at the centre of the business, and you'll do it working directly alongside our CEO and Executive Team.

You'll own the Executive operating rhythm end-to-end, from strategic planning and company-wide OKRs through to Board and Executive reporting, working directly with the CEO and in close partnership with the CFO and the broader leadership team. You'll be the connective tissue across the organisation, bringing together Product Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply, Customer Experience, Legal and People & Talent, and the person who makes sure our biggest cross-functional programmes land at pace. You'll also be a trusted thought partner to the Executive Team: turning complex commercial and operational data into the insight and recommendations that shape how Treatwell makes its biggest decisions.

This is one of the most senior and visible roles in the business, sitting at the centre of a category-defining European platform and shaping how we execute strategy across 14 markets, functions and audiences.

You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the CEO, CFO and Executive Team translating strategy into clear execution plans, and coordinating the annual strategic planning process and quarterly business reviews
  • Owning the operating rhythm around company-wide OKRs monitoring progress, challenging delivery risk, and keeping leadership focused on the initiatives with the greatest business impact
  • Leading Treatwell's highest-priority cross-functional programmes setting up governance, milestones and reporting, managing interdependencies across functions and markets, and removing blockers before they slow delivery
  • Diving deep into marketplace, SaaS and commercial performance data identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and building the business case for strategic investment and change
  • Coordinating Executive and Board reporting in partnership with the CEO, CFO and Chief Legal & People Officer ensuring materials are concise, insight-led and delivered on time
  • Preparing high-quality Executive and Board presentations and business reviews translating complex commercial and operational information into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Tracking actions arising from Executive and Board meetings, ensuring clear ownership, accountability and follow-through
  • Building trusted relationships across the C-suite and senior market leadership influencing outcomes and driving accountability without relying on formal authority

About you:

  • An experienced business leader with 10+ years' progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, Chief of Staff or similar enterprise leadership roles
  • A track record of partnering with CEOs and Executive Teams to drive strategic planning, execution and organisational performance
  • Experience operating within complex, international and matrixed organisations, ideally across multiple markets
  • Experience in, or a demonstrable ability to rapidly build expertise in, marketplace, SaaS or platform business models
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide cross-functional programmes and strategic transformation initiatives
  • Comfortable preparing Executive and Board-level reporting, presentations and business reviews
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen – you can turn business performance data into strategic recommendations
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and delivering outcomes without direct authority
  • Highly analytical and structured, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong bias for action
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a bonus, not a requirement)
