The role focuses on driving sales of POS solutions, expanding market opportunities, consultative selling, and collaborating with various departments.

Qualify inbound leads, run web demos, consult on Treatwell packages, negotiate and sign new salon partners, onboard and support adoption, upsell/cross-sell to maximize revenue, record activity in CRM, and meet monthly sales targets while collecting partner feedback.

Lead and grow multiple cross-functional Marketplace engineering teams, set technical direction and scaling practices, coach engineering managers, remove delivery friction, and partner with Product, Design and Platform to deliver reliable, scalable marketplace experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
