Full Time Permanent. 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday to Friday)

Salary up to £43,000 per annum.

Chargehand Duties

  • Dealing with legal disrepair and complex cases
  • Monitoring all legal disrepair cases through to completion
  • Working out on site completing works

Role Criteria:

  • Experience in Carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, painting & Decorating
  • Experience in Damp and Mould
  • Office Experience
  • Surveyor experience

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
