As Centre Support Manager, you will manage the centre's team of Hosts and all customer relations ensuring exceptional service standards across all our communication channels. You will take charge of all centre marketing events and actively support the wider business with customer data management, upholding legal and ethical standards. Additionally, you will provide vital administrative support to the Senior centre management team, empowering business decisions that boost centre performance. You'll also oversee the smooth daily operation of the centre’s facilities, maintaining full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Please note this is a 12month Maternity Cover Contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the reception team, delivering outstanding customer service measured by both external and internal feedback.
  • Inspire and support staff motivation and development through team appraisals, holiday bookings, and weekly rota management.
  • Take full ownership of the centre’s compliance with Porsche Cars GB Strategy Guidelines (PSG), including facilities management, mystery shopper protocols, employee training records, onboarding new employees, and processing leavers.
  • Plan and organise the centre's marketing events in line with the annual marketing planner, both on and offsite, following PSG standards and managing event supplier procurement.
  • Monitor customer feedback daily, spot trends, and highlight key insights in line with the complaints procedure.
  • Manage and coordinate all centre social activities within budget.
  • Proactively oversee quarterly and annual audits related to PSG and health and safety to maintain top standards.

Requirements

Minimum Attributes:

  • Proven experience within a management role in a franchised automotive dealership or hospitality environment
  • Capable of addressing operational or customer-related challenges with quick, effective solutions.
  • Full Driving License, with a minimum of two years
  • Ability to motivate a team, ensuring that all operational goals and customer service standards are met
  • Previous experience managing/support facilities or operational running's of a business

Desirable Attributes:

  • Ensuring the quality of operations and services is maintained at a high standard.
  • Familiarity with dealership management software, CRM systems, and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Experience of event management

  • This role is a full-time opportunity located in greater London: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
  • OTE of £44,000, with a basic salary of up to £37,000.
  • Bonus of up to 15% of basic salary, paid quarterly during the year
