Serve as the dealership product authority: explain vehicle features and tech, run demonstrations and test drives, support sales with product expertise, troubleshoot customer technical issues, deliver Porsche Masterclass handovers (in-person or digitally), update staff knowledge, maintain accurate customer records, and support marketing and digital showroom activities.

Sell new and pre-owned Porsche vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicles, guiding customers through finance and contracts, negotiating deals, maintaining CRM records, pursuing leads, and providing post-sale support to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Greet and host showroom visitors, manage customer flow and enquiries by phone/email, maintain a pristine showroom, offer refreshments, gather feedback, support sales/aftersales teams, perform general admin and assist with events.

Advise customers on new and pre-owned Porsche purchases, conduct demonstrations and test drives, guide buyers through financing and contracts, negotiate sales, manage CRM and follow-up, achieve sales targets, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
