Retain automotive finance customers by managing renewal opportunities, contacting customers near agreement completion, and recommending trade-in, refinancing, lease renewal, or purchase options. Assess credit profiles and equity, present compliant finance solutions, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with sales and transaction teams to achieve renewal targets. Ensure documentation and transactions comply with FCA, lender, AML, and company requirements while providing operational support as needed.

Act as the Centre expert on Porsche products and technologies, support Sales with product demonstrations and test drives, deliver customer handovers (in-person or digital), troubleshoot user issues to validate repairs, maintain accurate customer records, train centre staff on product updates, and support marketing activities to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

As a Centre Support Assistant, you'll welcome customers, manage showroom activities, handle inquiries, and support sales and administrative tasks.
