We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead the commercial strategy for our casino division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising market share, and building strong relationships with key partners while ensuring compliance and innovation. Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the commercial strategy to achieve agreed revenue and market share targets.
- Track performance against key metrics and contribute recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.
- Manage and maintain day-to-day relationships with external partners, including game providers, platforms, and third-party suppliers.
- Support commercial negotiations and contract renewals to ensure favourable commercial terms.
- Monitor Casino GGR across your key markets and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Work with marketing and CRM teams to help deliver revenue-driving initiatives and promotional activity.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Provide insights to help refine product positioning and differentiation.
- Ensure commercial activities are carried out in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams to support approval processes and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate with game providers on the delivery of new and exclusive content.
- Support the rollout of new games, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
- Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs to measure commercial performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to support go-to-market execution for new products and features.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial, partnerships, or revenue-focused role within the gaming, casino, or iGaming industry.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the gaming sector.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting revenue targets, forecasts, or P&L performance.
- Good understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics in the casino or gaming industry.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
