Role Overview

As Commercial Planning & CVM Casino Senior Manager you will drive casino commercial success in the Portuguese market through strategic customer value management and compelling promotional propositions. What you’ll do:

  • Develop comprehensive commercial plan and CVM strategy specifically for the Portuguese casino market, building customised approaches from the ground up.

  • Own casino offset budget for Portugal, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across customer acquisition and retention.

  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, working closely with local marketing teams to ensure culturally relevant delivery.

  • Build Portugal-specific segmentation strategies by analysing local customer behaviour, preferences, and competitive landscape.

  • Analyse commercial and CVM performance, extracting insights to continuously optimise strategies and drive revenue growth.

  • Lead and develop one specialist, providing strategic direction and coaching whilst building local commercial expertise.

  • Collaborate with central commercial teams whilst championing Portugal-specific approaches that account for unique market characteristics.

  • Stay informed about Portuguese gaming market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments.

What you’ll bring:

We are seeking a motivated commercial and CVM professional with strong expertise across both domains and deep understanding of the Portuguese market.

  • 3+ years proven experience in commercial marketing and customer value management within iGaming.

  • Portuguese language fluency essential, with native or near-native proficiency to understand cultural nuances.

  • Strong knowledge of Portuguese gaming market highly preferable, with understanding of player preferences, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.

  • Expertise across both customer value management and commercial planning, with ability to balance segmentation strategy with promotional execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to extract insights from customer data and inform market-specific strategy development.

  • Budget management experience with proven ability to allocate resources efficiently and demonstrate strong ROI.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, building relationships with country leadership, marketing teams, and central commercial functions.

  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop tailored commercial approaches tailored to unique market characteristics.

  • Leadership experience managing and developing specialist team members.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.

  • Adaptability with positive approach to building new strategies in a market without established commercial frameworks.

What you’ll get:
