We are seeking a Campaign Operations Program Manager to lead a centralized campaign operations function for the business, coordinating and prioritizing campaign requests and overseeing workload allocation for a Senior Campaign Operations Specialist to ensure the successful execution of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Sitting within the Digital Marketing team and the broader Brand & Content organization, this role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution—ensuring campaigns are thoughtfully planned, efficiently executed, and effectively measured. This is a global role, requiring close partnership with regional stakeholders to drive campaign consistency, scalability, and local relevance across markets.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in marketing automation—particularly Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)—with strong operational leadership and program management skills. They will be responsible for scaling operational processes, optimizing campaign performance, and supporting the broader marketing and sales organization.

This is a senior, hands-on role that extends beyond campaign execution; it requires the ability to design and troubleshoot complex automation logic, establish best practices, and define the operational standards, priorities, and workflows that support scalable and consistent campaign execution.

Success in Convera's fast-paced, high-volume environment requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive stakeholder management, and the ability to flawlessly manage multiple concurrent initiatives. The role demands deep expertise in B2B marketing operations, including campaign strategy and frameworks, lead management, and marketing automation, with particular emphasis on Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Brand & Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to translate business objectives into integrated campaign strategies.
  • Oversee campaign intake, prioritization, and planning, including audience segmentation, nurture strategy, and execution across Pardot and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensure flawless campaign delivery, including campaign design and setup, Pardot form build, email journey orchestration, lead routing, QA, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain standardized campaign frameworks, processes, and playbooks to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and campaign effectiveness.

Operational Leadership & Work Management

  • Oversee the campaign operations function and provide day-to-day guidance and support to the Senior Campaign Operations Specialist.
  • Prioritize campaign requests and allocate workload to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as a player-coach—providing strategic direction while staying hands-on to support the function, foster shared ownership, and lead by example.
  • Establish and reinforce best practices, operational rigor, and accountability across campaign operations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.

Process & Technology Optimization

  • Own end-to-end campaign operations processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurture programs, and email performance.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to ensure effective lead management, CRM alignment, and reporting accuracy.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement process improvements, tools, and technology enhancements to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure marketing data integrity by owning the initial data flow into the Revenue Operations stack and partnering with Revenue Operations to monitor and maintain Pardot–SFDC mapping integration and field mapping, and data quality.

Measurement & Insights

  • Define campaign KPIs and success metrics in alignment with marketing and sales goals.
  • Partner with Analytics and Revenue Operations teams to deliver campaign performance reporting, attribution analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, stakeholder feedback, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Demonstrate strong data fluency, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation.
  • Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) certification required, with hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM and related marketing technology tools.
  • Proven experience leading campaign operations functions, including campaign intake, prioritization, workflow management, and execution in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of lead management processes, including lead scoring, segmentation, routing, lifecycle management, and attribution.
  • Experience developing and executing structured A/B testing programs to drive continuous experimentation, optimization, and insight generation across campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with BI and analytics platforms, including the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and campaign optimizations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global teams and supporting multi-region marketing programs preferred.
  • This role is open to candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Lithuania, with core collaboration across global marketing and regional teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support global stakeholders and business priorities.
  • Familiarity with Wrike, Feedotter, ZoomInfo, foreign exchange (FX), payments, or financial services is a plus.
