Supports global payment network strategy across banking partnerships, payment rails, routing, pricing, governance, and operational performance. Manages bank, PSP, payment scheme, and fintech relationships; analyzes payment volumes, costs, KPIs, and routing efficiency; and contributes to compliance, risk, audit, infrastructure modernization, integrations, resilience, and strategic network expansion across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

Manage day-to-day international benefits, global leave, vendor relationships, invoicing, and compensation activities. Design and implement benefits, retirement, wellbeing, and compensation initiatives, conduct market benchmarking and pay analysis, lead project plans, analyze program data, deliver communications, and partner with Finance, Tax, and Audit for forecasting and compliance to drive employee engagement.

The Head of Liquidity Management oversees Convera's global liquidity strategies, forecasting, risk management, and partnerships, while adapting to emerging technologies.
