Do you want to be part of a distributed team and drive improvements in service delivery from BSO? Lead the ERP Transformation - implementation of S4HANA from a process perspective!
There is no relocation support for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Drive the foundational Process work related to major transformation programs (ie ERP Transformation) based on previous experience of rolling out S4HANA and/or PLM systems.
In doing so, you will:

Use your SAP Signavio expertise to implement feedback from end users and various partners, while being able to translate business needs into system deliverables.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in translating business and legal requirements into impact on the business processes and systems.

Drive definition and delivery of the requirements through collaboration with business and IT partners. Lead implementation of process and system changes to fulfill requirements.

Safeguard compliance agenda and implement controls to mitigate risks.
-
Be the outstanding sparring partner for queries related to the business area.

Drive projects and activities that require process and system knowledge.
-
Partner management of Global Process Owner, IT, and other key internal and external partners.

Are you equipped for the role?
Preferably, you hold a university degree within Finance or another relevant education. You bring a proven experience from a major digital transformation program (ie. SAP4HANA transformation) including end-to-end process understanding and detailed experience with Business Process Management (BPM).
Moreover you are:

Expert user in SAP Signavio (workflow creation, attributes, etc.).

Strong experience in facilitation, change management, and communication across different cultures.

Skilled in mentoring management to gain support for initiatives by influencing at leadership level and inspiring change and innovation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and establish rapport with colleagues from and out of the team to succeed through collaboration.
