Management consultants in SAP – experienced consultants

At Implement Consulting Group, we wish to make a difference in the consulting industry; therefore, we are currently looking for experienced consultants to take part in complex SAP transformation projects.

We help clients transform and implement business-driven IT processes, and we merge the worlds of IT, core business functions and operations into impact. We help design and execute impactful SAP road maps. We cover business processes and IT aspects end to end and enable companies to perform and grow on a daily basis, which requires business insight and deep functional expertise to deliver SAP solutions with true impact.​

Due to the high demand for our consulting expertise combined with our unique way of working, we are looking for colleagues who are ready to become the best in the industry at helping our clients complete their digital and operational journeys. We are looking for various skills in different areas of SAP management consulting logistics, warehousing, procurement, production, quality management, project management, finance and sales.

What will you be working with?

You will be working on a wide range of projects. Depending on your personal journey and development goals, your tasks may include:

• Road map, business case and solution design in SAP programmes
• Taking part in implementing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Training stakeholders and facilitating workshops
• Turning business requirements into business solution design in SAP
• Advising clients in specific solution areas to help them on their digital journey towards or in SAP S/4HANA
• Setting up and running improvement projects in areas like warehouse, production, sales and distribution as well as financial planning

Our projects are wide-ranging and typically include process mapping, decision facilitation, key design decisions, project management, complex stakeholder management and change management. We are looking for people who:

• Have at least 2+ years of relevant experience within SAP consulting
• Are eager to create results and thrive in taking a collaborative approach to the execution of change
• Embrace diversity
• Have strong analytical skills and are motivated by finding solutions to complex problems
• Have previous experience with SAP
• Appreciate a flat organisational structure where results are more important than hierarchy

• Are good at structuring and facilitating presentations in English and another European language
