Job Description

Are you passionate about enhancing the post-purchase experience in eCommerce? We’re looking for an LEGO.com Loose Bricks Fulfilment Manager to drive operational excellence and innovation across LEGO.com

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Improve Country level post-purchase experiences on LEGO.com by collaborating with partners & stakeholders in Digital Technology, Ecommerce Growth & Optimisation, LEL, Supply Chain & Distribution, Global Ecommerce Operations, Consumer Services and Fraud 
  • Support regional eCommerce growth as the go-to expert for operational questions and local execution.
  • Lead new service rollouts like gift messaging, sustainable packaging & delivery, and personalised products in collaboration with global teams.
  • Enhance reporting and insights to enhance shopper experience and support global fulfillment strategies.
  • Handle incident response for regional fulfillment issues—e.g. tracking issues, delays, customs, or returns—with key collaborators.
  • Identify operational efficiencies through best practice sharing and competitor analysis to improve service and reduce costs.

Do you have what it takes.

  • Proven experience improving D2C fulfillment operations in the UK/Europe, including systems and process enhancements based on consumer feedback.
  • Customer-first attitude with experience leading end-to-end CX improvement initiatives from concept to hyper care.
  • Creative and adaptable, with a flexible, positive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Strong collaborator management with clear, collaborative communication across cultures and time zones.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability in English.
