monday.com is looking for a Business Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations and Analytics group. We are aiming for a stellar analyst who is passionate about analyzing various Performance Marketing activities in multiple verticals, and to serve as a bridge between the Data and the User Acquisition team. monday.com’s marketing department manages a yearly budget of over $150M, in a B2B and B2C approach, leveraging both product and sales for generating revenue and scale while maintaining efficiency.

As a Business Marketing Analyst for the Performance Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in the company. You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a hyper-growth environment and have no fear of failing, and getting back on your feet again.

About the Role:

  • Partner with the User Acquisition team to steer million-dollar budgets through data-driven insights.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on marketing campaigns, focusing on performance, scalability, and bottom-line business impact.

  • Design and implement measurement frameworks and KPIs to quantify marketing effectiveness and ROI.

  • Support Geo-testing and incrementality analysis in close collaboration with the Data Science team

  • Build and maintain automated, scalable dashboards in Tableau and Looker to democratize data access.

  • Proactively identify strategic opportunities to scale dedicated marketing channels and optimize spend.

  • Act as a bridge between Product Marketing, Campaign Managers, BI, Data Science, and Senior Leadership to align on growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytic role at a SaaS or technology company (Marketing related experience - advantage).

  • Advanced SQL skills are a must.

  • Experience operating in a hyper-growth environment.

  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform end-to-end analyses - from the hypothesis, through research and finally creating the desired output.

  • Hands-on experience building measurement frameworks (e.g., CAC/LTV, ROAS, Attribution models).

  • Proficiency in Tableau or Looker.

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate — not just things we put on a wall.

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people who build the product should share in its success

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons — the industry moves quick and so do we

  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
