We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven AI Strategy and Operations Lead to drive the CCO organization’s AI initiatives end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, go-to-market, and customer experience, turning AI vision into scalable execution.

This is a builder role: creating structure where none exists, identifying gaps, and driving impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 

About the Role
Own and execute AI initiatives across the CCO organization - from strategy to rollout

  • Translate company AI strategy into actionable plans across teams

  • Support GTM strategy for AI offerings, including positioning, segmentation, and launch plans

  • Design and optimize operational processes to support AI initiatives

  • Analyze data, define KPIs, and track performance

  • Partner cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, CCO) to ensure alignment and execution

  • Lead internal and external communication around AI initiatives

  • Build processes, frameworks, and motions from scratch

  • Create clarity in ambiguous environments

  • Identify and solve gaps quickly

  • Manage multiple priorities with high efficiency

  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution


Requirements

  • Experience in operations, strategy, or program/project management

  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution

  • Proven execution skills and ownership mindset

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
