About the Role

Digital Turbine (DT) Exchange is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director, 3P Demand Partnerships to expand our global demand ecosystem by acquiring and growing strategic third-party demand partners.

This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for identifying, negotiating, closing, and launching partnerships with leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), retail media demand platforms, commerce media platforms, and other programmatic buying technologies that can bring incremental advertiser demand into the DT Exchange.

The ideal candidate is an enterprise sales professional with extensive experience in mobile ad tech and programmatic advertising, a proven track record of closing complex commercial agreements, and an established network across the DSP ecosystem. This role is focused exclusively on third-party demand partnerships—not agencies or direct advertisers.

About the Business Development Director, 3P Demand Partnerships role:
  • Own the end-to-end business development process for new third-party demand partnerships across North America, Europe, and Latin America.

  • Identify, prospect and engage strategic DSPs and other programmatic demand platforms that are well positioned to drive incremental spend into the DT Exchange.

  • Lead sales cycles, including executive engagement, commercial negotiations, contracting and internal stakeholder alignment.

  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of integrating with the DT Exchange.

  • Partner with Technical Ops, Legal and Operations teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and activation.

  • Build long-term executive relationships with key decision-makers across DSPs and demand platforms.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurately forecast business performance.

  • Represent DT at key industry conferences, customer meetings and executive events.

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly partnership and revenue objectives.

About YOU as the Business Director, 3P Demand Partnerships:
  • 8+ years of enterprise business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales experience within ad tech.

  • Deep expertise in the mobile programmatic advertising ecosystem.

  • Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise partnerships with DSPs, ad tech platforms, or programmatic infrastructure providers.

  • Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, RTB, OpenRTB, supply path optimization (SPO), auction dynamics, and programmatic infrastructure.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently source, negotiate, and close large strategic partnerships.

  • Experience managing long, consultative enterprise sales cycles involving executive-level stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Excellent executive communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.

  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications include:
  • Existing relationships with executive decision-makers at leading DSPs and demand platforms.

  • Experience working at a DSP, SSP, exchange, or other programmatic advertising technology company.

  • Experience launching new platform integrations that generate measurable transaction volume.

  • International business development experience across Europe, North America, and Latin America.

Success in This Role:

Within your first 12 months, you will:

  • Secure multiple new strategic DSPs and demand partner integrations.

  • Establish DT as a preferred supply partner among key programmatic buying platforms.

  • Build a strong global pipeline that supports sustained exchange growth.
