Description
We are looking for a data-driven Business Data Analyst to join our Partner Performance Analytics Team.
This role is focused on analyzing partner business performance, evaluating bonus campaign effectiveness, identifying growth opportunities and business risks, and providing actionable recommendations that drive partner success and company profitability.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business thinking and has experience working with performance metrics, commercial analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Experience within iGaming, online betting, casino, or retention analytics environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze partner performance across key business metrics and identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of bonus campaigns, promotional activities, and retention initiatives
- Assess the impact of bonuses and promotional costs on revenue, profitability, retention, and player behavior
- Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and underperforming business areas through data analysis
- Prepare actionable recommendations to improve partner performance and business outcomes
- Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Performance Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting
- Ability to identify business drivers behind data trends
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
- Experience in iGaming, Sportsbook, Casino, Affiliate, CRM, Retention, or Loyalty Analytics
- Understanding of key iGaming metrics such as GGR, NGR, Retention, Bonus Cost, Conversion, Churn, ARPU, and LTV
- Experience analyzing promotional and bonus campaign performance
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization methodologies
- Knowledge of Python is a plus
- Ability to transform data into actionable recommendations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Focus on business impact rather than reporting only
