Brand Manager - London, Hammersmith and Fulham (Hybrid)

Marquee Brands is seeking a knowledgeable, strategic, product-loving Brand Manager to join its New York team. The Brand Manager will support the VP, Brand Management in the management and growth of our iconic Roberto Cavalli brand.

Duties/ Responsibilities: 

Business Management:

  • Request & analyze sales, and forecast reporting by channel and account and circulate business updates internally, for all retailers and marketplaces
  • In partnership with VP, share successes across partner portfolio
  • Assist with execution of global go to market strategies
  • Maintain & update store distribution lists and active category and retailer footprint
  • Track partner performance on Amazon: ad spend, overarching PDP execution
  • Procure and enter monthly, quarterly actuals and projections in relevant corporate files
  • Support VP in chasing licensee payments as needed
  • Lead the management of a subset of brand licensees with guidance from the VP
  • Execute market research online and in store to identify opportunities and positioning within the market
  • Research prospective retail opportunities and prepare pitch decks

Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate and liaise with internal teams such as marketing and PR teams on needs to support brand strategy and growth (ie. line sheets, samples, pricing, launch dates)
  • Maintain merch inputs for the marketing team’s launch calendars
  • Contribute to weekly meetings held with marketing and creative

Product Development & Merchandising:

  • Assist with building and maintenance of the time and action calendar; alerting appropriate stakeholders when timelines slip
  • Collaborate with licensees to manage:
    • Product approvals (where required by brand)
    • Go-To-Market assets such as line lists and line sheets

Trademark and Contract Management

  • Provide trademark proof of usage
  • Assist with various tasks by liaising with the legal team, and own legal team updates
  • Own and maintain detailed trackers surrounding partner contracts and terms
  • Compliance
    • Support Royalty Zone Process, from validating partner inputs to generating ad hoc reporting, while tracking all system updates needed (example: informing new retailers for a partner) and keeping records of new approvals

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and own the agendas for internal bi-monthly and weekly touch bases internally
  • Schedule and own the agendas for quarterly business reviews with licensees
  • Schedule and own the agendas for partner meetings (ex. Design reviews)


Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Must be in advanced in Microsoft excel and the entire Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising and/or licensing

Salary £40,000–£45,000
