About the Role

At DP World, we keep global trade moving—and we’re looking for a highly organized Back Office Coordinator to support our Purchasing team in Győr.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of daily operations, ensuring administrative, procurement, and coordination processes run smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping maintain efficient workflows and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, price negotiations, and contract preparation
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers and support issue resolution
  • Manage and track contracts, company documentation, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accurate processing
  • Support office administration, including document management and record keeping
  • Organize meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and manage visitor arrangements
  • Coordinate business travel (transport, accommodation, logistics)
  • Support the organization of company events
  • Liaise with external service providers (e.g., security, legal, fleet services)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum high school diploma (higher education is an advantage)
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Confident communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • English and/or German language skills are an advantage
  • Valid category B driving license
