We insure small businesses and enable big dreams – not just for our customers, but for our people and communities too. With over 1,000,000 active insurance policies, we protect builders, bakers, landlords and more than 1,200 other trades.
We’re a technology company as well as one that sells insurance. That means we build, we fail, we learn and we improve. Through our global social impact strategy, called 'The Big Dreams Project’, we're working to help 10,000 small businesses start or grow by 2030.

Using a blend of Lean and Agile principles, you’ll be a key contributor to change, using data to highlight constraints and implementing approved optimisations across the department. As one of our Delivery Operations Leads, you'll:
Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to identify constraints and support the implementation of solutions.
Develop and maintain flow of work maps to clearly communicate how work flows and highlight blockers.
Measure and analyse flow metrics, such as throughput, cycle time, and flow efficiency, to provide recommendations that inform decision-making.
Conduct deep root cause analysis on workflow impediments to feed insights and potential solutions back to leadership.
Leverage and administer a suite of tools, including Jira, Looker, Flow, and Miro, to support your analysis and automate workflows.
A Process Expert: You have proven proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and the Theory of Constraints, and are ideally Six Sigma certified.
Technically Grounded: You have a minimum of two years’ experience as a technical data or software engineer.
Data-Driven: You have strong analytical skills and experience using data visualisation and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights.
An Exceptional Communicator: You can articulate complex ideas in simple terms and build strong relationships through clear, courageous communication.
A Natural Collaborator: You excel at working with cross-functional teams and can influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
A Change Agent: You have a strong grasp of change management principles and a passion for guiding others through process evolution.
(We know it's tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don't have to match all the bullet points above to be considered for this role.
We encourage people of all different backgrounds and identities to apply. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive, supportive place for you to be you and do your very best work.)*
