At Zopa we work together to provide high quality support to our customers within the financial industry, based on responsible lending of which the role of the Auto Account Manager is a vital function. The aim of this role is to work in conjunction with the Head of Sales and the wider team to grow, develop and maintain close working relationships with Zopa’s portfolio of dealer and broker partners.

 

This exciting new role in the team will help drive continued growth by owning the overall end to end running of the accounts, helping us to reach and exceed targets. The role will be able to build strong partnerships through the tenure of relationships as well a focus on delivery. 



A day in the life

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner account management matters assigned to you
  • Develop trusted consultative relationships with key accounts, partner stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Prospecting to your existing network to develop new accounts and help grow the number of partners within the Zopa Auto Finance programme 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Hold partner business review meetings to discuss performance, growth opportunities and potential risks in line with the cadence set out by the business
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics (KPI’s) e.g. monthly volume, credit quality and rate appetite
  • Prepare reports on account status and ensuring that SalesForce is reflective of the relationship and any potential growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within sector
  • Assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Support in the development of Auto Ops to deliver industry expertise to the Zopa Auto portfolio.
  • Hosting webinars/workshops to provide training and assistance to both new and existing partners.
  • Ensure internal processes are followed and maintainede.g. Audits and Controls
  • Work closely with the Commercial Team to deliver the Auto Partner Success strategy

About you

  • You will have an excellent network of dealers already established via your previous experience in the industry. 
  • You'll have experience as an Account Manager, an understanding of the Auto trade and the terminology linked to such a role. 
  • A strong and empathic communicator able to offer customers a seamless service
  • Excellent stakeholder management with confidence to approach others of all levels around the business and externally
  • Full UK Driving License ( 6 points)
