Overview
Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for Mastercard clients.
As an Associate Managing consultant at Mastercard Marketing Services, you will manage client-facing marketing consulting engagements by combining marketing expertise, data analytics, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable business outcomes. You will manage workstreams independently, collaborate directly with clients, and support the development of junior team members while delivering high-quality strategic recommendations.
Role• Participate in client-facing consulting engagements and manage project workstreams from analysis through implementation.• Develop data-driven customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies tailored to client objectives and business challenges.• Translate customer, market, and performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.• Monitor campaign performance, measure results, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, customer impact, and ROI.• Build trusted relationships with clients and confidently present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and effective stakeholder coordination.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions. • Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners to ensure successful project execution • Combine marketing expertise, performance marketing knowledge, analytics, and consulting methodologies to generate measurable client value and business growth.
All About You• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing roles, marketing agencies, consulting, or similar client-facing environments.• Proven experience managing or leading marketing projects and client engagements with increasing levels of responsibility.• Strong background in performance marketing, media planning and buying and marketing measurement.• Experience developing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies based on data and customer insights.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex information into clear business recommendations.• Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing project workstreams in a fast-paced environment.• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
