The Role

Reporting into the Design Manager the purpose of the role is to provide artworking expertise in preparation of production-ready artwork for a variety of repro processes including but not limited to large scale experiential campaigns, instore activations, signage, POS and miscellaneous print collateral. Reporting into the Artwork Manager you will work on a wide variety of projects such as activation visualisations, experiential campaigns, branding, digital/interactive, marketing collateral, and supporting the Design team when required. The role works closely with campaign managers and the wider creative team of conceptual, illustrators and

designers.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Prepare accurate and production ready artwork for a variety of repro processes.
  • Create and tailor artwork to adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
  • Work within exacting production houses’ specifications and tolerances.
  • Able to set up artwork for large format printing in the most efficient way. Demonstrate a strong technical repro and pre-press knowledge.
  • Able to work calmly, unsupervised and in an agile way, in a busy often time sensitive creative studio delivering strong work on time, on brief and to specification.
  • Work with the various departments of N2O to deliver campaigns effectively and efficiently.
  • Providing artworking expertise working on a variety of different projects covering typography, layouts and visualisations.
  • With the Artwork Manager or Campaign Manager, liaise with 3rd party production partners to ensure production quality and help troubleshoot issues as and when required.

Requirements
  • A meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Evidenced by a strong portfolio showing examples of relevant work produced by yourself exhibiting strong typography, colour and layout theory and application skills.
  • Expert knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Expert knowledge of print production processes.
  • Experience working creatively within brand or product style guidelines.
  • Confident in proposing and discussing materials and methods of production to bring concepts to life.
  • A positive attitude with the desire to find solutions to issues that arise.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK

We would love it if you also had

  • Experience of designing for activations in a range of retailers, shopping centres and event venues, working within venue constraints and guidelines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of POS and stand build production and branding processes.
  • Experience working within a brand activation, integrated, experiential or other marketing agency environment.
  • While not essential, familiarity with or interest in emerging AI-powered tools within Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Firefly) or similar is highly valued. We welcome candidates who are curious about how AI can enhance productivity, streamline artwork creation, and improve quality control processes.
