What Makes Us Burson

The role will be to support the on-going development and delivery of our digital marketing offering at the agency. You will collaborate with cross-specialism teams to assist with the management of digital marketing services to a broad range of clients, from across various B2C, B2B and HCP sectors.  

 Campaign execution: 

Paid Advertising: 

  • Develop copy for paid ads and brief design teams on asset creation 
  • Set up, monitoring and optimisation of digital campaigns 
  • Audience building and research across the digital spectrum 
  • Supporting digital marketing activities across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and programmatic

Search Engine Marketing: 

  • Conduct keyword research and run Search Query Reports
  • Develop copy for paid search ads & extensions for Google Ads

Social Media:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
  • Create and update content calendars
  • Set up and regularly update budget trackers for client spend
  • Create campaign reports for account leads, tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into campaign effectiveness and recommendations for next time. 

Research: 

  • Conduct research on client industries, competitors, and target audiences. Research emerging social trends to support client recommendations
  • Conduct competitor reviews to identify opportunities for clients.   
  • Provide support to the team, including scheduling meetings, writing meeting notes, preparing presentations, and managing files.
  • Through independent research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques and methods related to social media

  • As an Account Executive, you will embark on a specialist career track, receiving a broad range of market-leading training and close mentorship in all aspects of digital marketing and the role these tools and tactics can play in solving today’s modern communications challenges. (search, social and programmatic),  
  • We’re looking for expertise and curiosity across digital marketing platforms, such as search, social and display marketing – as well as the hunger and drive to find digital solutions that can drive scale, engagement and growth for our clients. 

You'll Bring Along With You

  • You will bring existing experience in a paid activation role – where social and search is particularly desired. You will need the ability to understand and adapt your knowledge to different brands and their industries. 
  • Prior experience using excel for data management and/or budgeting is required, as well as excellent verbal and written skills; organisational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail. 
  • Most importantly, you’ll need an eagerness to learn, to adapt and to remain curious around the ever-changing world of digital marketing.
