Own a core product line by defining strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics. Lead market and customer research, collaborate with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams, and manage products from concept through launch and optimization. Develop and execute data-driven content strategies across user funnels to increase engagement, conversion, retention, and business growth. Create and optimize onsite, offsite, email, SEO, PPC, and product content; identify journey friction; conduct audience research; and collaborate with marketing, CRM, product, sales, and digital teams to improve user outcomes.

Own consumer product marketing strategy for Zoopla’s search, MyHome, and valuation experiences. Coordinate CRM, content, SEO, paid marketing, and product teams to improve user engagement, retention, feature adoption, registrations, and high-value buyer and seller leads. Manage lifecycle messaging, integrated campaigns, launch readiness, KPI reporting, conversion optimization, and competitive analysis while representing marketing in product roadmap discussions.

Build and own Zoopla’s production data platform, including standardized ingestion and export patterns, pipeline migration, governance, data quality, access controls, lineage, and cost management. The role involves Databricks and AWS development, infrastructure as code, AI-enabled engineering, code review, mentoring, and production support. It requires simplifying complex pipeline ecosystems while delivering business impact and collaborating with platform, analytics, and data science teams.

Lead Zoopla’s four-person Data Engineering team, set technical direction, establish scalable ingestion and export patterns, and build a shared roadmap with platform and product leaders. Own data governance, AI adoption, Fivetran costs and vendor relationships, while coaching engineers and partnering on lakehouse architecture. The role requires expertise in Databricks, dbt, AWS, Terraform, ingestion patterns, data quality, access control, and personal data handling. It is hybrid, with three office days weekly in London.

Develop and modernize Zoopla’s Salesforce platform, building declarative and coded solutions with Apex and LWC. Design integrations using REST APIs, callouts, connected apps, and platform events, with attention to reliability, security, scale, and observability. Lead technical designs, improve legacy systems, support quote and pricing modernization, collaborate with product and commercial teams, and validate code quality. Serve as an engineering escalation point while admins handle routine support and configuration.
