Leads outbound warehouse fulfillment, overseeing pick-and-pack operations, dispatch accuracy, quality, safety, productivity, and team performance. Manages and develops warehouse operatives, monitors operational metrics, coordinates with other departments, and drives continuous improvement across the outbound process. The role also includes people-management responsibilities such as absence and performance management, with late weekday shifts and occasional weekends.

Lead strategic and operational HR across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced distribution business. Responsibilities include employee relations, absence management, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, manager coaching, performance management, reporting, engagement, wellbeing, and benefits. The role partners with senior leadership, uses HR metrics such as the Bradford Factor, and develops people practices aligned with business objectives.

Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities across fulfilment, contract packing, manufacturing, logistics, and packaging. Manage order and production administration, purchase orders, VMI replenishment, supplier and logistics coordination, shipment bookings, invoicing, stock data, and customer communication to ensure timely, accurate execution and continuous improvement.
