Teams at Zendbox

Prepare and coordinate daily kitting jobs by checking components, quantities, batch details, BOMs, labels, barcodes, and paperwork. Maintain accurate job records, system updates, line plans, and cost information in Zendbox. Identify discrepancies, coordinate with warehouse and support teams, prepare completed jobs for handover, and occasionally assist on the kitting line. Full training is provided, and no previous kitting experience is required.

Supports HR and resource management for a high-volume warehouse operation. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee records, training, performance and absence management, employee relations support, HR reporting, payroll assistance, labour planning, timesheet accuracy, scheduling, and workforce development. The role partners with managers to improve operational performance, compliance, communication, wellbeing, and workplace culture.

Leads outbound warehouse fulfillment, overseeing pick-and-pack operations, dispatch accuracy, quality, safety, productivity, and team performance. Manages and develops warehouse operatives, monitors operational metrics, coordinates with other departments, and drives continuous improvement across the outbound process. The role also includes people-management responsibilities such as absence and performance management, with late weekday shifts and occasional weekends.
