The HR Manager will lead HR strategy, oversee employee lifecycle processes, manage absence, and support senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

Lead architect and primary builder of a production-grade, AI-first .NET platform: productionize AI workflows, design agentic AI loops, implement evals/guardrails, and deploy scalable Azure/AWS infrastructure for high-concurrency workloads while adopting AI-assisted tooling.

Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities across fulfilment, contract packing, manufacturing, logistics, and packaging. Manage order and production administration, purchase orders, VMI replenishment, supplier and logistics coordination, shipment bookings, invoicing, stock data, and customer communication to ensure timely, accurate execution and continuous improvement.
