Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities across fulfilment, contract packing, manufacturing, logistics, and packaging. Manage order and production administration, purchase orders, VMI replenishment, supplier and logistics coordination, shipment bookings, invoicing, stock data, and customer communication to ensure timely, accurate execution and continuous improvement.

The Implementation & QA Specialist ensures software release quality through testing, leads technical onboarding of clients, configures API integrations, manages client accounts, and creates knowledge guides.
